Job Overview:
Sans Souci Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated and experienced Charge Nurse (RN/LPN) to oversee resident care and support nursing staff during assigned shifts.

This role is critical to maintaining high clinical standards and ensuring exceptional care in a skilled nursing environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Supervise nursing staff and coordinate resident care during assigned shifts


* Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders


* Monitor residents' conditions and respond to changes in status


* Ensure accurate and timely clinical documentation


* Support compliance with NYS DOH and CMS regulations


* Communicate effectively with physicians, residents, and families


* Participate in admissions, discharges, and care planning

Qualifications:


* Current RN or LPN license in New York State


* Prior experience in a skilled nursing or long-term care setting preferred


* Strong leadership, communication, and clinical skills


* Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
