LPN (Licensed Practical Nurse)

We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) at The Paramount at Somers located at 189 Route 100, Somers, NY 10589

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Job Responsibilities:


* Provide care for residents of our Skilled Unit (SNF) and Long Term Care Unit.

Duties Include;


* Medication Administration, including IVs.


* Taking and recording vital signs.


* Providing resident care and treatments with monitoring of outcome.


* Provide resident and family education.


* Communication with physicians, NPs, families and other health care professionals.


* Supervising CNAs

QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS:


* Current License-LPN

Salary: Up to $42 an hour

Shift: PER DIEM
