Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist (OT) to join our therapy team.

This role is ideal for clinicians looking for flexible, as-needed hours in a post-acute care setting.

Located at 38250 A Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33542, our facility is dedicated to providing compassionate, resident-centered care that helps individuals regain independence and improve their quality of life.

Position Details:

Status: PRN

Responsibilities:



* Evaluate and treat residents to improve ADLs, strength, mobility, and functional independence


* Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy treatment plans


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team


* Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner



*
Educate residents and families on therapy goals and progress

Requirements:



* Active Florida Occupational Therapist (OT) license


* Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) or post-acute setting preferred


* Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills



*
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
