Position Details:



* Status: PRN


* Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: 38250 A Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33542

Responsibilities:



* Evaluate and treat residents to improve mobility, strength, balance, and functional independence


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team


* Complete documentation accurately and in a timely manner



*
Educate residents and families on therapy goals and progress

Requirements:



* Active Florida Physical Therapist (PT) license


* Skilled Nursing Facility experience preferred (open to strong candidates from other settings)


* Strong communication and documentation skills



*
Reliable availability for PRN, weekend, and vacation coverage
