Solaris HealthCare Lake Zephyr is currently seeking a PRN Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our skilled nursing team.

This role is ideal for an SLP looking for flexible PRN hours, including weekend availability and vacation coverage.

Position Details:



* Status: PRN


* Coverage Needs: Weekends and vacation coverage


* Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)

Location: 38250 A Ave, Zephyrhills, FL 33542

Responsibilities:



* Evaluate and treat residents with speech, language, cognitive, voice, and swallowing disorders


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Collaborate with an interdisciplinary therapy and nursing team


* Document evaluations, progress notes, and treatment plans accurately and timely



*
Educate residents and families on treatment goals and progress

Requirements:



* Active Florida SLP license


* CCC-SLP required


* Experience in a Skilled Nursing Facility preferred (open to strong candidates from other settings)


* Strong communication, clinical, and documentation skills



*
Reliable availability for PRN, weekend, and vacation coverage
