Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) Qualifications:



* Successful completion of the academic requirements of an educational program for the occupational therapy assistant recognized by the Board of Occupational Therapy Practice.

Such program shall be accredited by the American Occupational Therapy Association's Accreditation Council for Occupational Therapy Education, or its successor



* Must be licensed (or eligible for licensure) to practice as an occupational therapy assistant in the state of Florida



* Prior experience in Occupational Therapy, preferred
