* Bachelor's Degree in relevant fields, such as engineering or manufacturing.


* 3 to 5 years of experience in quality assurance, control or operations, including team leadership experience


* Experience with Quality standards including AS9145, AS9100D, AS9101/2/3, ISO9001:2015 or equivalent from other industries


* Experience in Continuous Improvement (CI) Tools (commonly evidenced by "belts" or similar Lean/ RCCA certifications).


* Advanced experience in Root Cause Problem-solving/ Root Cause-Corrective Action (RCCA)


* Certified Qualified Engineer (CQE) Certification is a plus.


* Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire.
