Job Overview

The Director, ERP, Finance Tech is a senior technology leader responsible for the strategy, delivery, and optimization of enterprise finance systems, with a strong emphasis on ERP platforms that enable scalable, compliant, and efficient financial operations.

This role plays a critical part in supporting DePuy Synthes' transformation and separation journey, ensuring finance technology capabilities are robust, future‑ready, and aligned to business priorities.

This is an exciting opportunity to shape global finance technology strategy, lead high‑performing teams, and partner closely with Finance, IT, and business leaders to deliver measurable business value through modern ERP solutions.

Key Responsibilities


* Define and execute the ERP and Finance Technology strategy, aligned with enterprise and Finance objectives.



* Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimization of ERP finance modules (e.g., record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay) and datahub.



* Provide people leadership for multi‑disciplinary technology teams, including talent development, performance management, and succession planning.



* Partner with Finance leadership to translate business requirements into scalable, compliant technology solutions.



* Oversee program and portfolio management for finance technology initiatives, including budget, timelines, and risk management.



* Ensure ERP solutions comply with financial controls, regulatory requirements, and internal governance standards.
