Position Overview

The Digital & Data Analytics (D&DA) team within Global Supply Chain Services is transforming how the organization leverages data, analytics, and AI to improve productivity, drive Continuous Process Improvements (CPIs), and enable faster, more informed business decisions.

The team focuses on delivering scalable, cost-effective digital solutions with speed, simplicity, and measurable business value.

Reporting to the Manager, Digital & Data Analytics, this role is responsible for leading a diverse portfolio of AI, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation initiatives.

The successful candidate will independently manage complex, cross-functional projects from ideation and intake through implementation, adoption, and value realization, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.

To succeed in this role, you will need 8 skills -AI & Digital Project & Portfolio Management, Data & Analytics, Stakeholder Management, Executive Communication, Power Platform & Data Solutions, UX/UI Design & User-Centered Solutions, Problem Solving & Decision Making, Change Management & Adoption.

Key Responsibilities

60% - AI-Enabled Reporting and Analytical Solutions:


* Lead the end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of AI, reporting, analytics, and digital transformation projects across Global Supply Chain Services.



* Apply approved AI, GenAI, Copilot, and automation tools to improve development speed, documentation, testing, user enablement, and solution quality.



* Champion the adoption of AI, automation, analytics, and data-driven decision-making.



* Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational efficiency across business processes and digital capabilities.

40% - Project Management, Stakeholder Leadership, and Value Realization:
