Purpose: The Manager, Integrated Analytics & Forecasting is responsible for supporting the development and delivery of integrated analytics and business forecasts that provide actionable insights, identify growth opportunities, and inform strategic decision-making for J&J Immunology within the Autoantibody Business Unit.

This role serves as a critical link between business performance measurement and future business planning, integrating insights across multiple data sources and forecasting methodologies to create a cohesive view of brand performance and outlook.

The individual will collaborate closely with Strategic Insights & Analytics, Finance, Marketing, Sales, Market Access, and other cross-functional partners to deliver timely insights, accurate forecasts, and actionable recommendations that support organizational priorities and drive business growth.

The position plays a key role in evaluating strategies and tactics, influencing decision-making, and sharing accountability for business results.
