The Regional training lead will be a part of the MT SC Digital Transformation organization, a multi-year global business transformation initiative that will modernize our digital core capabilities by harmonizing our disparate ecosystem of 40+ major global MT ERP systems, standardizing our core business processes and products and enabling our integrated data strategy through a SAP S/4 HANA. 

This position will work within the Business Adoption team and have responsibility for ensuring all training activities are driven to successful conclusion with the ultimate aim being an engaged and business ready end user population.

This will encompass training strategy, needs analysis and content creation alongside our business partners who are driving the global template.
