The Associate Engineer supports manufacturing, process, and/or packaging operations through technical execution, structured problem solving, and continuous improvement activities.

Working within an assigned value stream or project team, the role provides engineering support to maintain and improve safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance in regulated manufacturing environments.

The Associate Engineer contributes to equipment, process, and product improvements; supports validation and change control activities; and collaborates with cross-functional partners including Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain to meet business and compliance objectives in accordance with applicable regulatory and quality system requirements.
