Job Description:
DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a HR Specialist , located in Bogotá Distrito Capital, Colombia.
The HR Specialist supports the Business Unit Human Resources (BUHR) team by delivering day‑to‑day HR services that enable business performance and employee experience.
This role partners closely with HR colleagues and business leaders to execute core people processes, support workforce initiatives, and ensure compliance with company policies and local labor requirements.
This is an excellent opportunity to build a strong HR foundation while contributing to a dynamic MedTech organization with meaningful impact on patients and healthcare systems.
Key Responsibilities
* Support performance management processes, including goal setting, feedback cycles, and follow-up actions in partnership with BUHR.
* Drive country workforce planning, talent management, and organizational initiatives.
* Support the execution of core HR processes including onboarding, employee data changes, performance cycles, and offboarding activities.
* Serve as a first point of contact for employee and manager HR inquiries, escalating complex matters as appropriate.
* Contribute to talent development initiatives such as succession planning, talent reviews, and learning interventions.
* Support change management initiatives by helping implement organizational changes, ensuring clear communication and employee adoption.
* Assist in driving organizational effectiveness by supporting structure updates, role clarity, and process improvements.
* Contribute to fostering a positive organizational culture aligned with company values, supporting engagement and inclusion efforts.
* Maintain accurate HR records and ensure data integrity across HR systems.
* Support compliance with local labor laws, internal policies, and audit requirements.
