As a member of our NOC team, you'll provide comfort, reassurance, and quality care during the overnight hours, helping residents feel safe and supported.

Essential Responsibilities


* Provide compassionate, resident-centered care while preserving each resident's dignity and independence.


* Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, mobility, and repositioning.


* Monitor residents throughout the night and promptly report any changes in condition to the licensed nurse.


* Respond quickly and professionally to resident call lights and overnight care needs.


* Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharges as needed.


* Document care accurately and completely according to facility policies.


* Help maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for residents.


* Build positive relationships with residents, families, and fellow team members.


* Follow all infection control, safety, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications


* Current California Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification


* Compassionate, dependable, and resident-focused approach to care


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Ability to work independently while collaborating with the healthcare team
