Maintenance Tech

As a Maintenance Technician in Breckenridge, you will respond promptly to work orders and handle a wide range of maintenance tasks to keep our properties in top condition.

The ideal candidate is a hands-on problem-solver with strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.

Youll work closely with guest services and owner relations to resolve issues quickly, support a positive guest experience, and ensure our homes meet high quality standards.

You will also work collaboratively with your teamcommunicating effectively with staff and managementto complete assigned tasks and increase overall efficiency.

Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset are essential for success in this role.

This position has access to a company vehicle during working hours.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Promptly respond to work orders and resolve issues documenting work performed, materials used and time spent.Replace light bulbs, light switches, and thermostatsRepair toilet mechanical systems and clear tub/sink drainsTroubleshoot cable, Wi-Fi, and basic connectivity issuesInstall, replace, and program door locks and access codesPerform minor furniture repairs and general maintenanceRemove trash and debris from units as neededHandle propane exchanges and basic outdoor equipment upkeepAssist with snow removal during winter seasonConduct hot tub checks and basic upkeepWork with guest services and owner relations to provide exceptional service to guests and owners.Calling and scheduling vendors as necessary.
