Payroll Administrator
Duties and Responsibilities: 1.
Analyzes, inputs and prepares payroll data via automated system to produce accurate and timely payroll (weekly & bi-weekly).
Ensures compliance with all applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
2.
Prepares weekly, monthly, quarterly and year-end reports (gross payroll, hours worked, vacation accrual, tax deductions, benefit deductions, etc.) for management.
3.
Maintains current knowledge of applicable state and federal wage and hour laws.
4.
Stays current on payroll systems to achieve alignment with HR benefits and other related items.
5.
Provides effective accounting support for payroll related matters.
6.
Facilitates management and employee understanding of payroll procedures.
7.
Approving invoices for payment.
8.
Assists in organizational training and development efforts.
9.
Helps monitor performance appraisal process.
10.
Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
