Customer Service Associate

Fred Beans Automotive Group is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Customer Service Associate to join our Parts Distribution Center team.

Automotive or parts experience is helpful, but strong customer service and communication skills are what matter most.

Schedule Monday through Friday Flexible Scheduling We offer flexibility within our Monday through Friday operation, making this a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent weekday schedule with some flexibility in their hours.

What Youll Do As a Customer Service Associate, youll serve as an important point of contact for our customers and help ensure they receive the service and support they need.

Responsibilities include: Answer incoming customer calls and assist with questions, orders, and general inquiriesProvide friendly, professional, and timely customer serviceAssist customers with parts orders, availability, order status, and delivery-related questionsResearch and resolve customer concerns or order discrepanciesCommunicate with warehouse, delivery, and other Parts Distribution Center team members to resolve customer needsAccurately enter and update information in company systemsFollow up with customers when additional research or assistance is neededBuild positive working relationships with customers and internal team membersHelp identify solutions when issues arise and know when to involve a supervisor or managerAssist with additional customer service and administrative responsibilities as needed What Were Looking For Were looking for someone who: Enjoys working with and helping peopleHas strong communication and customer service skillsIs organized and able to manage multiple tasksIs comfortable working on the phone and using computer systemsCan remain calm and professional when handling customer concernsHas a positive attitude and strong work ethicIs dependable and works well as part of a teamHas previous customer service, call center, automotive, dealership, or parts experience, although it is not requiredHas experience with Microsoft Excel.
