Construction Cleaning Technician

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Work Schedule: Mon- Fri 8:00AM-5:00PM (Variable Hours, Flexibility Required)

This position is eligible for Paid Sick and Safe Time (PSST) under the Healthy Families and Workplaces Act.

JOB SUMMARY:

Join our team and help transform construction sites into clean, safe, and move-in-ready spaces.

Your work will ensure homes, offices, and newly built structures are ready to welcome their occupants.

Responsibilities:



* Vacuuming (carpets, vents, etc)


* Sweeping (floors, basements, garages)


* Dusting/Washing/Polishing


* Tub/Shower/Toilet cleaning


* Jobsite Trash Removal


* Occasional lifting/moving of materials up to 35lbs.


* Pressure Washing (see below)


* Other duties as needed

Qualifications:


* Reliable transportation with valid DL & insurance


* Computer & Mobile (Smart) phone w/internet access


* Proper identity and work authorization documents


* Strong/Flexible work ethic - Must be dependable, honest, detailed oriented, on-time


* Ability to work between the hours of M-F 8-5 with some flexibility outside of those hours.


* Prior cleaning/construction experience preferred but not mandatory


* Flexibility, an eye for detail and a strong "team" attitude are just as important to us.
