AML - Utility Operator UAT

Key Responsibilities



* Operate and monitor utility systems including boilers, chillers, compressors, water treatment, and wastewater systems


* Perform routine inspections, readings, and system checks to ensure proper operation


* Start up, shut down, and adjust equipment to maintain optimal performance


* Respond to alarms, equipment malfunctions, and emergency situations


* Perform basic preventive maintenance and assist maintenance teams with repairs


* Record operating data, logs, and reports accurately and timely


* Follow all safety procedures, lockout/tagout practices, and environmental regulations


* Maintain compliance with local, state, and federal regulations


* Communicate issues clearly to supervisors and cross-functional teams


* Keep work areas clean, organized, and inspection-ready
