is seeking a skilled and experienced Journeyman Plumber to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality plumbing installations while working within budget and time constraints.

As a key player, you will collaborate closely with project foremen, ensure smooth project progression, and build strong relationships with our customers.

Additionally, you'll play an essential role in mentoring apprentices and fostering a culture of continuous learning.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:


* Deliver Projects on Budget and Schedule:
+ Work 40 hours per week, arriving punctually and adhering to scheduled breaks and lunches.
+ Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure adherence to project standards.
+ Attend daily and weekly meetings with the Project Foreman or Project Manager to understand project goals.
+ Prepare tools and materials in advance to maximize task efficiency.
+ Ensure quality workmanship to prevent deficiencies and avoid rework.
+ Proactively request tools or materials early to prevent production delays.


* Customer Service and Jobsite Maintenance:
+ Refer all customer inquiries regarding changes to project timelines, work scope, or design to the Project Foreman.
+ Communicate professionally and courteously with customers and report any concerns to the Project Foreman.
+ Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite.


* Maintain Licensing and Participate in Training:
+ Maintain an active journeyman plumber's license (Idaho residents) and meet all continuing education requirements.
+ If licensed from another state, obtain an Idaho journeyman license within 6 months of the start date or hold an apprentice license if necessary.
+ Actively participate in the company's training and development programs.
