Key Responsibilities



* Assist the Foreman or Supervisor in daily job tasks


* Install a variety of raceways (EMT, Rigid, PVC, etc.), ranging from ½" to 4"


* Perform conduit bending using hand, electric, hydraulic benders, and hot boxes


* Install and connect feeders, branch circuits, and control wiring


* Work with a range of electrical systems, including:


* MDP, MCC, HV/LV Panelboards


* Starters, VFDs, Soft Starts, PLCs


* Follow NEC and site-specific safety regulations and electrical codes


* Collaborate with the team to complete tasks on schedule and safely


* Maintain a clean and organized job site

Qualifications



* Up to 2 years of electrical work experience (industrial or commercial preferred)


* High School Diploma or GED required


* Completion of a post-high school electrical, maintenance technician, or automation and controls program may be considered in lieu of experience


* Basic understanding of VFDs, PLCs, controls, and soft starts


* Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings


* Proficient with power tools (drills, saws, wrenches, sockets, etc.)


* Physically capable of standing, kneeling, climbing, and lifting throughout the day


* Comfortable working at heights and wearing PPE (gloves, safety glasses, harnesses, etc.)


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


* Basic computer literacy (email, reporting, online training)


* Willingness to travel up to 25% (with per diem provided)


* Must be able to commute or relocate to mid-Missouri prior to start
