Key Responsibilities


* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.


* Perform scheduled maintenance and system inspections to ensure proper operation.


* Accurately document service activities, materials used, and customer interactions.


* Communicate clearly with customers regarding system status, repair options, and recommendations.


* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and professionalism on every job site.


* Participate in on-call rotation for emergency service calls.


* Collaborate with coworkers and dispatch team to ensure efficient service routes and customer satisfaction.


* Follow all safety procedures and maintain required safety certifications.

Qualifications


* 3+ years of HVAC service experience preferred.


* High school diploma or GED required.


* Valid NYS Driver's License (clean driving record).


* EPA 608 Certification required.


* OSHA 10 Certification preferred.


* Strong customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


* Detail-oriented, reliable, and organized.
