This role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems for residential and light commercial customers.

The ideal candidate enjoys hands-on work, values customer service, and is comfortable participating in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls.

Key Responsibilities



* Install, maintain, and repair residential and light commercial plumbing and drainage systems


* Perform drain cleaning and snaking using company-provided equipment


* Diagnose plumbing issues and recommend clear, cost-effective repair solutions


* Accurately identify materials and plan installations and repairs efficiently


* Deliver safe, high-quality workmanship with a strong focus on customer satisfaction


* Communicate professionally with customers and provide honest system recommendations


* Participate in an on-call rotation for emergency service calls


* Maintain company vehicle, tools, and job documentation in a professional manner

Qualifications



* 4+ years of plumbing experience (residential service preferred)


* Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record


* Own basic plumbing hand tools (specialized drain equipment provided by the company)


* Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills


* Excellent communication and customer service abilities


* Dependable, team-oriented, and willing to assist during emergency calls
