is seeking experienced Mechanical & HVAC Foreman to join our field operations team.

In this leadership role, you'll oversee commercial HVAC crews on large-scale projects-ensuring installations meet the highest standards for quality, efficiency, and safety.

This is a hands-on position that blends technical expertise with team leadership, requiring an ability to manage timelines, budgets, and personnel while working closely with other trades to keep projects moving forward.

Key Responsibilities


* Supervise HVAC installation crews on commercial construction projects, ensuring adherence to plans, specifications, and safety protocols.


* Coordinate workflow, assign daily tasks, and monitor productivity to meet deadlines and budget requirements.


* Oversee and participate in installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical HVAC systems, ductwork, and piping.


* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and building codes to guide work.


* Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and other trade foremen to ensure seamless project execution.


* Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce OSHA-compliant practices on the job site.


* Complete local Inspection related work for quality assurance and compliance with energy efficiency standards.


* Train, mentor, and evaluate crew members to foster skill development and performance improvement.


* Maintain accurate jobsite records, including progress reports, material usage, and equipment logs.

Qualifications


* Experience: 4-12 years in the HVAC field, including 3-5 years in a supervisory or foreman role within commercial construction preferred.


* Technical Skills: Expertise in HVAC system design, installation, troubleshooting, and repair for commercial applications.


* Certifications: MEWP certification, forklift operator certification, fall protection certification required or provided
