Job Description:

Rytec Electric is actively seeking a skilled and organized Field Coordinator / Electrician to oversee wire crews, manage project compliance, and supervise electrical work on multiple residential new construction builds within designated neighborhoods.

Responsibilities:


* Lead and oversee Wire installation crews, ensuring adherence to company standards and code regulations for electrical installations.\


* Manage punch-list checks and oversee light punch work, ensuring adjustments are addressed efficiently.

Perform occasional light punchlist tasks to close out projects.


* Act as the Inspection Manager, supervising and managing a neighborhood of residential new construction home electrical projects.


* Provide leadership to ensure quality and regulatory compliance in all electrical work.


* Ensure work areas are cleaned and orderly after wire crew.

Qualifications:


* Strong people and management skills to effectively coordinate wire crews and oversee electrical projects.

Experienced in clearly communicating with field and office teams.


* Proficiency in problem-solving to address issues and ensure regulatory compliance.


* Excellent time management skills to oversee multiple projects and crews concurrently.
