Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:



* Lay brick, concrete block (CMU), and stone on large-scale commercial and structural projects


* Interpret blueprints, construction drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate layout and execution


* Mix, apply, and spread mortar or grout according to project standards


* Install reinforcement, anchors, flashing, and related materials per design requirements


* Safely operate power saws and masonry tools to meet daily production goals


* Maintain clean and organized job sites


* Follow all OSHA safety regulations and company safety protocols


* Collaborate with foremen and crew members to ensure quality and schedule adherence

Qualifications



* 3+ years of hands-on experience in commercial brick and block masonry


* Proven ability to read and work from construction drawings


* Strong knowledge of CMU, face brick, and related masonry materials


* Commitment to precision, craftsmanship, and jobsite safety


* Physical ability to perform labor-intensive work in outdoor environments


* Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation


* Willingness to travel to regional job sites throughout Virginia
