* Mandatory Licenses & Certifications: Valid Electrical Journeyman License or ability to obtain within 1 year; Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

How You Will Make an Impact



* Supervise and lead a dedicated team of electricians to ensure all projects are completed efficiently and on schedule.


* Interpret and execute complex electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical documents to ensure precise installations.


* Install, repair, and maintain sophisticated electrical systems across commercial, industrial, and residential settings.


* Perform advanced troubleshooting and rigorous inspections to ensure all systems comply with local, state, and national codes.


* Enforce strict safety protocols on every job site to maintain a secure and hazard-free working environment for the entire crew.


* Coordinate directly with project managers and other trades to align goals and exceed client expectations on every assignment.


* Manage and order essential materials, tools, and equipment to maintain seamless project workflows and prevent delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience



* Minimum of 5-10 years of hands-on experience in the electrical field.


* Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks for field crews.


* High proficiency in reading and interpreting detailed blueprints and wiring diagrams.


* Comprehensive knowledge of current electrical codes, regulations, and industry standards.


* Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs., work at heights, and perform labor-intensive tasks for extended periods.


* Reliable transportation and a commitment to maintaining a safe driving record.

* Prior experience in a mentorship role or training junior team members in a field environment.


* Advanced troubleshooting abilities and problem-solving skills in high-pressure situations.
