The Opportunity

You will be the backbone of our field operations, executing complex residential remodeling tasks with precision and expert technical knowledge.

Key Responsibilities


* Flooring Installation: Execute professional flooring installations including LVP, carpet, and linoleum with precise transitions and trim.


* Finish Carpentry: Install high quality interior and exterior doors, cabinetry, and custom countertops to meet remodeling specifications.


* Framing Execution: Perform framing projects for interior walls, window openings, and subfloor replacements using accurate material lists.


* Exterior Structural Repairs: Perform critical deck and railing repairs to ensure structural integrity and aesthetic consistency.


* Mechanical System Maintenance: Maintain residential utility systems through professional plumbing repairs and basic HVAC maintenance tasks.


* Fixture Coordination: Coordinate the installation of hardware and fixtures to provide the final professional touch on finished homes.


* Cross Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the broader field team by assisting with drywall and painting to maintain project momentum.

What You Need to Succeed (Qualifications)

Required


* Industry Tenure: Minimum of 5 years of experience in residential construction and remodeling.


* Flooring Proficiency: Advanced proficiency in flooring installation, including accurate measurement and material estimation.


* Finish Carpentry Mastery: Proven expertise in finish carpentry, door hanging, and cabinetry installation.


* Blueprint Literacy: Demonstrated ability to read architectural plans and execute framing projects independently.


* Professional Attributes: Strong communication skills and a consistent record of punctuality and safety awareness.

Preferred


* Education: High School Diploma or GED.


* Licensing: Valid State Builders License.


* Utility Piping Knowledge: Advanced knowledge of PEX, PVC, and copper piping repair.
