The Opportunity

You will serve as a critical field leader, driving the execution of high-quality custom residential builds and complex remodeling projects.

This hands-on role allows you to mentor team employees while ensuring top-tier service for an organization that deeply values your individual contributions.

You will have the autonomy to manage on-site operations with the backing of a highly respected community brand.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Oversee the daily operations of construction sites to ensure project milestones are consistently met.


* Supervise and mentor team employees, subcontractors, and vendors to maintain excellent craftsmanship.


* Coordinate closely with Project Managers and clients to manage schedule, cost, and quality expectations.


* Interpret construction blueprints and technical documents to direct daily field activities accurately.


* Monitor on-site environments to identify potential risk areas and strictly enforce OSHA safety requirements.


* Assist the Project Manager with final project walk-throughs to guarantee client satisfaction before closing.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of field experience in residential custom home-building and remodeling.


* High-level, hands-on skill set in the residential construction industry.


* Proven ability to read and interpret detailed construction blueprints and design documents.


* Comprehensive working knowledge of current residential building codes and regulatory standards.


* Ownership of personal tools required to fulfill daily foreman duties.


* Physical capability to climb, crawl, stand, and endure outdoor weather exposure during the workday.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 8 years of related work experience in residential construction leadership.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Demonstrated track record of managing multi-trade subcontractors and field vendor logistics.


* Exceptional communication skills for delivering direct milestone updates to clients and stakeholders.
