is seeking experienced and motivated Masonry Technician to join our high-performing Field Operations team.

This full-time, on-site role involves laying brick, block, and stone for residential, commercial, and industrial masonry projects.

We’re looking for individuals who can work efficiently, uphold craftsmanship standards, and contribute to a team-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:


* Lay brick and stone veneer with precision and quality.


* Set and align block walls from below grade to finished height.


* Construct block leads that are level, plumb, and on-course.


* Read and follow project plans and specifications.


* Maintain safe and clean work environments.


* Collaborate with field crew members and foremen.


* Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively.

Qualifications:


* 2+ years of masonry experience preferred.


* High school diploma or GED preferred.


* Skilled in laying block, brick, and stone for various applications.


* Able to build leads accurately and maintain coursing.


* Comfortable working outdoors and performing physically demanding tasks.


* Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.


* Valid driver’s license preferred (not required).


* No specific certifications required.
