You will take autonomous ownership of high-impact residential and commercial restoration projects across the region while driving the expansion of our construction division.

How You Will Make an Impact


* Oversee end-to-end management of residential and commercial restoration construction projects across the local market.


* Drive project schedules, budget management, and resource allocation to meet strict deadlines and profitability targets.


* Execute regular site visits and field inspections to ensure strict quality control and safety standards.


* Spearhead internal initiatives to streamline field processes and help grow our expanding construction division.


* Lead cross-functional coordination between subcontractors, field crews, property owners, and internal teams.


* Maintain clear, proactive project documentation and regular communication with all project stakeholders.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Active Unrestricted Construction Supervisor License (CSL).


* Minimum of 5 years of experience managing construction or restoration projects independently.


* Self-motivated leader with a proven ability to manage complex job sites with minimal oversight.


* Willingness to travel regionally up to 60% of the time to support active project sites.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Completed Trade Program or Technical Certification in construction management or a related field.


* Demonstrated history of successfully managing both residential and commercial job scopes.


* Background in fast-paced emergency restoration or specialty construction logistics.
