DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a Sr.

Manager, Consolidations Finance Tech, located in Raynham, MA, Raritan, NJ, West Chester, PA.

The Sr.

Manager, Consolidations is a key finance and technology leadership role responsible for managing global financial consolidation processes and advancing the platforms, controls, and data capabilities that enable accurate, timely, and compliant reporting.

Working closely with the Director, Consolidations, Finance Tech, this role translates the consolidation strategy and systems roadmap into effective execution, strengthens financial governance, and helps build scalable close and reporting capabilities as DePuy Synthes evolves into a standalone organization.

The position partners across global Finance, IT, Digital, and business teams to deliver process standardization, system readiness, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities


* Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual global financial consolidation activities, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant consolidated results in accordance with US GAAP, IFRS where applicable, and internal policies.



* Manage the consolidation, close, and reporting technology environment, including intercompany eliminations, foreign currency translation, consolidation adjustments, master data, system integrity, and data quality.



* Partner with the Director and Finance, IT, and Digital teams to execute the finance systems roadmap for close, consolidation, external reporting, and related transformation initiatives.



* Translate business and reporting requirements into scalable process and system solutions; coordinate design, testing, deployment, cutover, and post-implementation support with global stakeholders and implementation partners.
