Digital Content & Product Senior Associate

As a Senior Product Associate in Business Banking Shopping and Optimization, you contribute to the team by leveraging your expertise in product development and optimization to make a significant impact, supported by user research and customer feedback to fuel the creation of innovative products and continuously improve existing offerings.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams and play a crucial role in shaping the future of our products and ongoing success.
You will oversee multiple critical initiatives across at-home and in-branch channels while closely working with designated scrum team and articulated detailed requirements as stories.
Job responsibilities
* Manage content workflows and calendar, ensuring timely publication and consistent messaging across channels.
* Collaborate with marketing and user experience design teams to build engaging, accessible content for digital acquisition channels.
* Support the integration of accessibility guidelines into content structures to accommodate a diverse user base.
* Partners with the Product Manager to identify new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our Business Banking customers looking to open a new account through user research and discovery.
* Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience across both web and mobile.
* Supports the collection of user research, journey mapping, and market analysis to inform the strategic product roadmap and provide insight on potential product features that provide value to customers.
* Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle.
* Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development by working with Engineering, Design, Marketing, Analytics, & other stakeholders.
* Manage sprint backlog, trade-offs, Agile ceremonies & ensures n+2 sprint readiness.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
* Minimum of 2 years of experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), including proficiency in JSON, HTML, and CSS.
* Demonstrated ability to contribute to content architecture modernization using knowledge of content platform systems.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, including active listening and the ability to produce clear, concise documentation.
* Minimum of 2 years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area.
* Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle all the way from ideation to release.
* Experience in product life cycle activities including discovery and requirements gathering.
