GENERAL DESCRIPTION Join Habitat for Humanity of Greater Los Angeles as a Warehouse Sales Associate and help support our mission of building homes, communities, and hope.

In this hands on role, you will create a welcoming shopping experience for ReStore customers while helping receive, organize, price, and display donated merchandise.

From assisting customers and processing sales to unloading donations and maintaining an organized warehouse, your work will help keep the ReStore operating safely and efficiently.

This position is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys staying active, working with a team, helping customers, and contributing to a mission-driven organization SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS Provide friendly, responsive customer service and assist customers with merchandise, purchases, and general questions.Support sales activities and help create a positive shopping experience.Receive, load, and unload donated merchandise, including furniture, appliances, building materials, and home dcor.Inspect, price, label, stock, and display merchandise in an organized and visually appealing manner.Assist customers and donors with safely loading and unloading merchandise.Maintain clean, organized, and hazard-free sales-floor, warehouse, donation, and loading areas.Operate a forklift and other material-handling equipment after completing required training and certification.Follow all safety procedures when lifting, moving, storing, and displaying merchandise.Coordinate daily assignments and priorities with the Store Manager and other ReStore team members.Help monitor inventory and relocate merchandise as needed.Support store opening, closing, and general operational activities as assigned.Perform other related duties based on business needs.
