About the Role:

Are you an experienced mining operator with skills across multiple pieces of heavy mobile equipment? Alcoa is looking for motivated, safety-conscious All Round Mining Operators to join our operations.

As an All Round Mining Operator, you'll use your skills across a variety of heavy mobile equipment, contributing to safe, efficient and reliable mining operations within our Development and Rehabilitation teams.

Opportunities are available on either a 7:7 roster or a 4 days on 5 days off roster (combination of days and nights), supporting a balanced and rewarding lifestyle.

We're seeking experienced operators with demonstrated capability across multiple types of heavy mobile equipment, a strong commitment to safety and a proactive approach to work.
