The Opportunity:

You will work alongside experienced Journeymen and Foremen to master commercial power, lighting, and control systems.

This role allows you to build a long-term technical career while gaining hands-on field experience with a company that invests in your growth.

How You Will Make an Impact:


* Assist licensed Journeymen with installing commercial conduit, wiring, and electrical distribution equipment.


* Maintain a clean, organized, and safe jobsite by following all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.


* Operate basic power tools, hand tools, and material handling equipment with precision and care.


* Prepare wire pulls, junction boxes, and panel terminations under direct field supervision.


* Inspect incoming project materials and tools to ensure the jobsite remains fully stocked and efficient.


* Demonstrate a strong work ethic, eagerness to learn, and commitment to representing company values.

Required Qualifications & Experience:


* 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience in commercial environments.


* Active Texas Apprentice Electrician License and a valid driver's license.


* Solid understanding of basic electrical theory, National Electrical Code (NEC), and jobsite safety.


* Ability to read basic schematics, electrical blueprints, and technical documentation.


* Physical capability to lift heavy equipment, climb ladders, and work in active field environments.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:


* Enrolled in or graduate of a formal electrical trade school or apprenticeship program.


* Prior experience working on commercial ground-up construction or controls projects.


* OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 safety certification.
