How You Will Make an Impact


* Direct all daily field operations, trade partners, and site personnel to ensure seamless execution.


* Maintain rigorous construction schedules to consistently meet or exceed on-time completion targets.


* Oversee site safety, daily quality control, and adherence to engineered plans and specifications.


* Foster strong working relationships with clients, subcontractors, inspectors, and project managers.


* Manage daily field logs, material deliveries, and progress reporting to ensure project transparency.


* Resolve technical site challenges and logistics issues proactively to prevent project delays.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 5 years of related leadership experience in general construction supervision.


* OSHA 30 Certification 


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Proven track record of delivering residential and commercial projects on time.


* Excellent communication, organizational, and technical problem-solving skills.


* Strong history of maintaining positive, productive relationships with clients and subcontractors.


* Physically capable of safely performing the essential duties of the role.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* Specialized safety and trade certifications including OSHA 30-Hour, Fall Protection, or Forklift certification and Lift Operations.


* Demonstrated experience managing ground-up commercial and multi-family residential projects.


* Strong proficiency with modern digital site management software and plan review tools.
