How You Will Make an Impact


* Assist the Lead Superintendent with daily site operations, crew management, and project logistics.


* Monitor job site activities to ensure strict adherence to quality control and safety standards.


* Coordinate subcontractor schedules and material deliveries to keep daily tasks moving on schedule.


* Maintain accurate field documentation, daily logs, and safety records for site transparency.


* Resolve real-time field challenges and technical issues to prevent project delays.


* Promote a safe, productive, and respectful job site environment for all trade partners.

Required Qualifications & Experience


* Minimum of 3 years of related work experience in general construction.


* High School Diploma or GED equivalent.


* Strong communication and organizational skills for managing on-site documentation and teams.


* Solid understanding of residential and commercial construction methods and field safety practices.


* Strong computer skills, including proficiency with project management software and other digital tools used to track projects, schedules, documentation, and communication.


* OSHA 10 Certification 

Preferred Qualifications & Experience


* 5+ years of related work experience in general construction.


* Active safety and technical certifications including OSHA, Fall Protection, or Lift Operations.


* Specialized training relevant to residential and commercial construction.


* Background in assisting project leads on ground-up commercial or multi-family residential builds.
