Senior Maintenance Operator

Join our plant operations team as a Senior Maintenance Operator and play a key role in maintaining equipment reliability and driving operational excellence.

What will you do?


* Experienced in troubleshooting and repairing machinery and equipment.


* Acts as a lead for machine, equipment and tool maintenance and repair; works individually with limited supervision.


* Actively seeks opportunities to streamline and improve all production activities across all functional teams in a collaborative manner.


* Follows in-process inspection procedures, checks quality of work visually, and verifies inspections by completing records.


* Able to work occasional overtime or support critical issues when needed.


* Escalates barriers and issues immediately to supervisor and necessary support functions.


* Knowledge and experience in general maintenance procedures.


* Ability to follow all safety procedures and programs per company policies.

This could include but is not limited to lockout/tagout, fall protection and any other safety procedures necessary to complete the work assignment safely.
