CNC Mill Setup/Operator (Fanuc Control)
Your Job
As a CNC Machinist, you will produce high-quality machined parts by setting up and operating CNC equipment while maintaining safety, quality, and productivity standards.
This role plays a critical part in supporting manufacturing operations through precision machining, documentation, and continuous improvement.

What You Will Do
Job Duties will consist of the setup and operation of 3 axis Milling Centers in a clean Job Shop Style environment meaning multiple setups can occur daily.
This employee will be responsible for measuring all dimensions of the parts being produced by them and completing First Article and in process inspections.
This employee must also have knowledge of using manual equipment such as a knee mill, band saw, drill press and pedestal grinders.
Materials being machined: Aluminum and Plastic
Most components range from small and simple to highly complex
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Setup and Operate 3 axis CNC Milling Centers (Fanuc Controls) with the ability to optimize and edit programs at the control to maximize machine output.
- Properly uses Micrometers, Calipers, Height Gages, Indicators, Precision Gage pins and Blocks.
(Experience using Vision Measurement Inspection equipment a plus)
- Must read and understand multiple page prints containing GD&T with many sectional views
- Detail oriented and organized
- Experience with First Article and in process inspections
- Clear and concise communication skills
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be a reliable self-starter and work with minimal supervision.
- 3 to 5 years experience in CNC Milling Setup and Operation
- 1 solid year of CNC Milling Center Setup / Operator experience in a Job Shop environment using Fanuc Controls
