Position Description:

The Product Director will shape patient and nurse marketing programs in an area of rapid scientific advancement and meaningful patient need.

The Product Director will focus on optimal patient and nurse support and activation strategies, including insight generation, strategy development, content development, and tactical execution.

The Product Director will work with a cross-functional team of brand partners, field sales, internal partners, and agency partners to help support DARZALEX® patients and nurses.

Key Responsibilities


* Lead development and execution of patient and nurse marketing strategy for DARZALEX®, translating patient, nurse, caregiver, market, and business insights into clear priorities, integrated plans, and measurable programs.


* Shape the patient and nurse education, activation, and support strategy for DARZALEX®, ensuring programs address critical information needs, treatment expectations, access/support barriers, and key moments across the patient journey.
