Purpose:

DePuy Synthes is seeking a Marketing Manager, Global Growth Marketing, Trauma, based in West Chester, PA, primarily focused on our plating portfolio.

This role is responsible for leading portfolio strategy and lifecycle execution across global markets, driving growth through launch excellence, lifecycle optimization, and sustained post-launch performance.

This role partners closely with regional teams, commercial, supply chain, medical affairs, regulatory, and R&D to maximize product value across the full product lifecycle.

You will be responsible for:
