Role Purpose

This role serves as the Global Procurement leader for the Sales & Distributor Services and Marketing Operations (SDS-MOPS) organization within MedTech, accountable for translating commercial priorities into procurement-led value creation, competitive advantage, and operational excellence globally.

Key Accountabilities

Strategic Business Partnership & Commercial Alignment


* Act as the senior Procurement partner to MedTech commercial leadership teams.


* Translate commercial growth priorities into procurement strategies that support market expansion, distributor effectiveness, customer engagement, and commercial excellence.


* Provide strategic procurement guidance to regional and country leadership teams.


* Shape procurement priorities that enable sustainable competitive advantage and support business transformation initiatives.


* Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across commercial, finance, marketing, and regional leadership organizations.

Category Strategy & Procurement Leadership


* Lead development and execution of SDS-MOPS category strategies.


* Identify emerging industry trends and market dynamics that should be incorporated into procurement strategies in support of business priorities.


* Drive supplier segmentation, category governance, demand management, sustainability, and digital and AI optimisation across all areas.
