DePuy Synthes is recruiting for a H R Business Partner , located in Ringaskiddy , Ireland.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced HR Business Partner to make a real impact in a business going through significant transformation and change.

You will play a key role in supporting leaders and employees while continuing to grow your own experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Working closely with leaders across the business, you will shape and support key people priorities, with a strong focus on employee relations, leadership effectiveness, coaching, and employee experience.

* Partner with leaders on employee relations matters, performance management, employee engagement and team effectiveness.



* Coach managers through complex people situations and organizational change



* Support workforce planning, organizational transitions, and broader people initiatives



* Build trusted relationships with employees and stakeholders across the business



* Use people insights and data to support decision making and identify trends



* Ensure HR policies and practices are applied consistently in line with employment legislation

What we're looking for
