Position Summary

Johnson & Johnson MedTech Electrophysiology is seeking a Sr.

Upstream Product Manager to help shape the future of cardiac ablation therapies.

This highly visible role will lead global upstream strategy and early-stage innovation efforts across our electrophysiology portfolio, translating physician needs, market insights, and emerging technologies into differentiated product concepts and platform strategies.

The successful candidate will collaborate across R&D, clinical, medical affairs, regulatory, downstream marketing, and commercial teams to define product requirements, influence technology roadmaps, and drive portfolio decisions that support long-term growth.
