Full-Time, Part-Time & PRN Opportunities

Tice Valley Post Acute is seeking compassionate and dedicated Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our in-house rehabilitation team.

Pay: $60-$65 per hour, DOE

Position Responsibilities


* Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations and assessments


* Develop and implement individualized treatment plans


* Provide skilled therapy focused on ADLs, mobility, safety, and functional independence


* Monitor resident progress and modify treatment plans as appropriate


* Collaborate with nursing, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members


* Educate residents and families on adaptive techniques and therapeutic strategies


* Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Qualifications


* Current California Occupational Therapist (OT) license in good standing


* Strong communication and interpersonal skills


* Commitment to evidence-based and patient-centered care


* Positive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
