Schedule: Full-time | In-person (local to Twin Cities; flexible schedule required) In-Person Attendance Requirement: Candidates must be located within reasonable commuting distance and able to adjust their schedule as needed to support regular, often daily, in-person collaboration.

The salary range for this position is at $80,000 - $92,000 annually.

We take into consideration an individuals background and experience in determining salary; therefore, base pay offered may vary considerably depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

The compensation package includes a wide range of other benefits and earned time off that vary depending on part-time or full-time status.

Job Summary: The Senior Financial Analyst works closely with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making by delivering actionable insights through financial, business, and data analysis, forecasting, and reporting.

The incumbent reviews financial statements for accuracy, performs variance analysis, specialized accounting work, compilation of financial reports and dashboards.

The incumbent represents the finance department when working with branch, product and program management.

Essential Functions: Develops budget and forecast information for the designated product areas.

Provides comprehensive fiscal knowledge, accounting support, financial analysis, and technical assistance to branches, departments and/or program areas.

Assists branches, camps or assigned product area in the implementation of financial strategies, programs and projects, including financial performance, interpretation of accounting policies, operating procedures, development of pro-formas for new sites and programs, participate in analysis and market studies of products, develop reports and the administration of various financial procedures and processes.

Supports implementation of financial controls which assures compliance with internal policies, external regulations, GAAP and non-profit accounting standards, and the integrity of all financial transactions.

Researches and prepares variance and margin analysis for operational units and the entire Association.

Initiates questions for explanations and development of corrective action plans.

Researches and models project proformas and operating statements for the organization, which may include long-term financial planning and new, renovated or expanded facilities and/or programs, in collaboration with the Real Estate team and project leaders.
