We are seeking an experienced and driven Surgery Center Supervisor to provide leadership and operational oversight for our Ambulatory Surgery Center (ASC).

The Surgery Center Supervisor plays a vital role in ensuring efficient operations, regulatory compliance, exceptional patient experiences, and a positive team culture.

Schedule: Monday-Thursday What You'll Do Lead and oversee the day-to-day operations of our ophthalmic surgery center.Coordinate surgical schedules, physician availability, and patient flow to ensure efficient operations.Support and develop staff through training, coaching, and performance management.Partner with clinical and administrative leaders to optimize workflows and patient care.Lead quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with AAAHC, CMS, and organizational standards.Manage inventory, supplies, equipment, and vendor relationships to support uninterrupted surgical services.Monitor operational metrics including OR utilization, productivity, patient satisfaction, staff performance, and quality outcomes.Prepare reports, board packets, and operational dashboards to support decision-making and continuous improvement.Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, patient safety, and exceptional service.
