Director of Pharmacy Services
POSITION SUMMARY The Director of Pharmacy will lead the transformation of pharmacy services into a strategic enterprise service line supporting clinical excellence, health equity, financial sustainability, and innovation across Community Health Center operations.
The Pharmacy Director is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations, as well as HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program requirements.
This role oversees the administration and integrity of the 340B program, including policy development, audit readiness, inventory controls, diversion prevention, and optimization of program resources to support the mission of the Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC).
The Pharmacy Director serves as the executive pharmacy advisor to the CEO, COO, CFO, CMO, and Board on medication strategy, pharmacy operations, 340 B optimization, and pharmacy business development.
Working closely with patients and healthcare providers, the Pharmacy Director ensures access to high-quality, patient-centered pharmacy services that improve medication access, adherence, and health outcomes while supporting the organization's commitment to serving underserved populations.

Direct operational planning, staffing, workflow optimization, inventory management, and quality improvement initiatives.
Lead the organization's HRSA 340B Drug Pricing Program, ensuring full regulatory compliance, program integrity, audit readiness, and effective utilization of 340B resources.
Develop strategies that maximize program savings to expand patient access and support the FQHC's mission.
Provides strategic and operational leadership for pharmacy financial performance, including full P&L ownership, annual budgeting, capital planning, revenue optimization, and margin improvement initiatives.
Oversees contract pharmacy financial performance, wholesaler contracting strategies, specialty pharmacy growth opportunities, business development initiatives, and ROI analysis to drive sustainable growth and operational excellence.
Serve as the Pharmacist-in-Charge, maintaining all required pharmacist licensure and certifications while ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations.
