Marietta Heights Post Acute is looking for a FULL-TIME NIGHT SHIFT STNA to join our team.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:


* Provide compassionate, hands-on care to our residents


* Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and other daily activities


* Assist residents with transfers, repositioning, and mobility


* Answer call lights and respond promptly to resident needs


* Monitor residents and report changes in condition to the nurse


* Complete accurate documentation


* Maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment


* Promote resident dignity, independence, privacy, and respect


* Work closely with nurses and the rest of the care team


* Follow resident care plans and facility policies

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR


* Current Ohio STNA certification


* Dependable attendance and punctuality


* Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care


* Strong communication and teamwork skills


* Ability to work independently and as part of a team


* Ability to safely assist residents with daily care and mobility


* Long-term care experience preferred, but not required
